  • Role and Responsibilities


As an F&B staff member, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

    Serving Guests: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, taking their orders and ensuring their needs are met.
    Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to our high standards.
    Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining areas, bar, and kitchen spaces clean and organized to meet health and safety regulations.
    Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
    Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to enhance their experience, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns promptly.

    Work Hours: 9-hour shifts, offering a structured schedule to maintain work-life balance.
    Experience Required: A minimum of 6 months in a food and beverage role is preferred. If you're a quick learner with a passion for hospitality, we welcome your application!
    Salary: Competitive monthly salary of LKR 25,000/-, plus service charge, recognizing your hard work and dedication.
