Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, offering personalized beauty advice and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on the latest beauty trends and product applications.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and knowledge about all product lines.
• Assist in store tasks, including stocking, organizing products, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business by providing excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position is highly valued. School leavers are also encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers and resolve any queries they may have.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Language proficiency in both English and Sinhala is required, with Tamil language skills being an added advantage.
• Ability to write and speak fluently in the required languages.
